Adorned & Yours LLC Rental Policies & Terms

Inspection
Customers or authorized parties acknowledge that they will have the opportunity to inspect all rental items prior to use and agree that the items are suitable for their event needs.

Damage & Loss Responsibility
Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, misuse, or damage to rental items while equipment is in their possession. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adorned & Yours LLC for damages resulting from improper use or negligence.

General Policies
All rental charges are based on the confirmed reservation and rental period. No refunds will be issued for unused rental items. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all event details including names, addresses, dates, times, quantities, and rental selections before finalizing their order. All rental equipment is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized prior to delivery and must be returned in the same condition received to avoid additional cleaning or damage fees.

Reservations & Payments
Estimates and quotes do not guarantee availability of rental items. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve all rentals and event services. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Remaining balances are due 1 day prior to the event date. Last-minute bookings made within the same week of the event require full payment at booking. Changes to rental orders must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup. Additional processing fees may apply to last-minute changes. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and approved electronic payments. Credit card processing fees may apply.

Cancellations & Weather Policy
Due to the nature of event rentals and scheduling, payments and retainers are non-refundable. If severe weather prevents safe setup or operation of outdoor rentals, Adorned & Yours LLC may allow one rescheduled event date within 12 months based on availability. Adorned & Yours LLC does not operate inflatables or outdoor equipment during dangerous weather conditions including heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, severe storms, or unsafe ground conditions.

Equipment Failure
If rental equipment becomes unsafe, damaged, or stops functioning properly, customers agree to immediately discontinue use and contact Adorned & Yours LLC. Refunds or adjustments will only be considered if the issue is reported immediately during the rental period.

Property Damage Disclaimer
Adorned & Yours LLC takes precautions during delivery, setup, and removal; however, the company is not responsible for damage to lawns, sprinkler systems, landscaping, driveways, flooring, underground utilities, or other property conditions related to equipment setup or installation.

Site Preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, accessible, level, and free of obstacles prior to arrival. This includes removing furniture, debris, toys, pet waste, vehicles, and sharp objects from setup areas. Additional fees may apply if setup areas are not properly prepared upon arrival.

Delivery Policies
Delivery Information
Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, previous events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additional delivery fees may apply for stairs, elevators, long walking distances, parks, after-hours delivery, difficult access areas, or holiday deliveries. Customers must ensure an adult age 18 or older is present during delivery and pickup. Late returns may result in additional rental charges and late fees.

Inflatable & Soft Play Safety Rules
Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables and soft play equipment are in use. The following are prohibited on all inflatable and soft play equipment: shoes, food, drinks, gum, candy, face paint, glitter, slime, confetti, silly string, sharp objects, rough play, flips, wrestling, or diving. Soft play areas are intended for children ages 5 and under unless otherwise specified. All balls and soft play equipment must remain inside designated play areas. Adorned & Yours LLC reserves the right to discontinue use of equipment if unsafe behavior or unsafe weather conditions occur.

Tent Policies (If Applicable)
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate tent space, marking underground utilities, obtaining permits if required, and clearing setup areas before installation. Cooking, open flames, grills, heaters, or fireworks are prohibited under or near tents. Once installed, tents cannot be moved without additional labor and delivery fees.

Electrical Requirements
Customers agree to provide access to working electrical outlets and adequate power supply for inflatables, lighting, photo booths, and other powered equipment.

Licenses, Permits & Venue Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any required park permits, venue approvals, HOA permissions, licenses, or event authorizations. Any resulting fines or penalties are the responsibility of the customer.

Cleaning Fees
Rental items must be returned reasonably clean and free from excessive dirt, food, stains, confetti, decorations, or debris. Additional cleaning fees may apply if equipment requires excessive cleaning upon return.

Photography & Marketing Release
Adorned & Yours LLC may photograph event setups and décor installations for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.

Disclaimer of Warranty
While Adorned & Yours LLC maintains and inspects all rental equipment, the company does not guarantee that equipment will always remain free from defects or interruptions during use. Customers agree to notify the company immediately of any issues or concerns during the rental period.
